The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Academy is an educational and professional development program only. Participants are responsible for independently verifying all information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional or employer requirements.

Participants must complete all coursework, assessments, and program requirements. CSRS may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, postpone, or discontinue any part of the program, including content, instructors, schedules, assessments, access, or delivery format. Sessions may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, and operational purposes. All program materials, including recordings, content, and assessments, are the exclusive intellectual property of CSRS and may not be copied, shared, or used without authorization.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. CSRS may suspend or remove participants for misconduct, policy violations, or misuse of materials, without refund except where required by law. By enrolling, participants agree to all CSRS policies, payment terms, academic requirements, and program conditions.
